This page explains how users of our apps can request account deletion and what happens to their data after the request is processed.
How to request deletion

Email our support team with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.

Include the email address linked to your account, the app name (Puzzle Pot, Retail Mogul, SetSync, or MoneyWise UK), and any helpful details so we can identify it safely.

For your security, we may ask for limited information to verify that the request is being made by the account owner.

We will confirm when your request has been completed.

What will be deleted
- Your account profile details
- Saved game progress linked to your account
- In-app preferences and settings associated with your profile
What may be retained
- Basic transaction or legal records we must keep for compliance, if applicable
- Security and fraud-prevention records for the minimum period required by law
Any retained information is kept only where legally required or necessary for legitimate security purposes.
Processing time
We aim to review and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
